Mosaic Wellness Boutique
improving your health peace by peace since 2017. MASSAGE. SAUNA. COUPLES MASSAGE. FACIALS. CUPPING. LED LIGHT THERAPY
Massage has been proven to provide pain, headache and stress relief, improve posture, flexibility and circulation, lower blood pressure, strengthen your immune system, and combat depression. Using my knowledge and training of various modalities (deep, swedish, thai, prenatal etc.), I customize each session to the needs of each client for one set price. Another passion of mine is art and creating unique experiences that make people feel valued; I live for those memorable, special moments(I think we all do) so you'll see that reflected in my studio. I love baking so you can count on homemade treats along with tea/coffee being served while you take a breather before/after your session. I am looking forward to building relationships with and providing a place of peace for my community! Life's too short to spend your time stressed and in pain!

An update on our pricing starting November 25th
As we head toward the end of the year, I need to share an important update with our Mosaic community.
After keeping our rates the same for over 2 years, beginning November 25th, our rates will increase to match the prices in our surrounding area (bringing our 60-minute therapeutic massage to $125 and the other services will adjust accordingly).
Why We’re Making This Change
I know massage and facial services aren’t cheap and I don’t take that lightly.
At the same time, I truly believe caring for our bodies is one of the most worthwhile investments we can make. We only get one body to carry us through this life. Making time to relieve pain and tension, rest, slow down, and support our overall health can positively affect so many other areas of our lives.
Supporting Our Team
One of the biggest reasons for this adjustment is our team.
It’s very important to me that our massage therapists and estheticians are compensated well for the skilled and physically demanding work they do. I pay our practitioners a high percentage of each service because I want Mosaic to be a place where experienced professionals can build sustainable careers.
This helps us retain the wonderful therapists already here while continuing to attract talented, experienced professionals as Mosaic grows.
Almost all of our massage therapists have 10+ years of experience and some with over 20 years of experience and they continue their education each year, bringing new knowledge and techniques into the treatment room.
One of the ways I’ve been able to keep our prices lower than others around over the years is by personally taking on much of the behind-the-scenes work.
That includes:
• Secretarial and administrative work
• Cleaning and restocking the studio
• Washing and folding the laundry
• Making the homemade, healthy treats we offer our guests
• Marketing and many of the everyday responsibilities involved in running Mosaic
With this increase, I hope to begin outsourcing some of these responsibilities.
Being a mother of three and beginning my first year of homeschooling, having some additional help behind the scenes would give me more time with my family while also allowing me to focus more of my energy on Mosaic, supporting our team, and continuing to improve your experience.
Value Included in Your Massage
We love incorporating thoughtful details that make the entire experience feel elevated.
Every massage includes:
• Deep tissue work at no additional charge, customized to your needs
• Your choice of essential oils
• High-quality avocado oil and organic skin care products
• 100% cotton sheets (still in the process of switching them out)
• Hot towels incorporated into your treatment
• A complimentary beverage — spring water, seltzer water, or tea
• A homemade treat
• Heated hydraulic massage tables for greater comfort and customization
• A peaceful, unhurried environment where you can fully relax
• A treatment thoughtfully tailored to your body, needs, and goals
Continuing to Invest in Mosaic
Over the last few years, we’ve continued investing in our space with new paint, décor, central air conditioning, hydraulic massage tables , and our transition to 100% cotton massage linens (which are 3x the price of the microfiber sheets that I used to purchase but worth it!)
And We’re Not Finished 🤍
Looking ahead, we hope to create a welcoming outdoor sitting area near our entrance, along with an additional treatment space where you can extend your time at Mosaic with offerings such as LED light therapy and a soothing herbal foot soak.
We want the entire experience — from the moment you walk through our doors until the moment you leave — to feel thoughtful, comfortable, restorative, and worth the investment.
We want you to feel genuinely cared for, to have time to slow down, and to receive a treatment that is thoughtfully tailored to you.
Why November 25th?
We’re making this change one month before Christmas to help avoid gift-card complications and make sure gift cards purchased for Christmas reflect our updated pricing.
Most of all, thank you for continuing to support our small business and the talented therapists who make Mosaic what it is.
Every appointment, gift card, referral, kind review, and return visit supports real families and allows us to continue doing work we deeply care about.
We truly appreciate every person who chooses to spend their time with us. Hope to see you soon!🤍

Join us in welcome Liz Doyle LMT.
We feel so fortunate that Liz chose to make on a career change after becoming a mother and found her way to massage therapy. Before entering the wellness field, Liz had a adventurous career as a private jet flight attendant and stewardesses and chef aboard private yachts.
As an ENFP, Liz is naturally warm , friendly and welcoming and brings that positive energy into her massage sessions.
We’re so excited to have her as part of the Mosaic team and for you all to meet her! She’ll be massaging on Wed, Thurs , Fri and Saturdays.
I will let her introduce herself further.
“I’m Liz - a graduate of the Community College of Rhode Island and a massage therapist who feels deeply called to healing practices. For me, this work is more than a profession—it is a way of aligning with my life’s purpose and paying forward the healing, wisdom, and compassion that has been shared with me. I’m trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone, and light therapy - I believe every body carries its own story and wisdom. I tailor each session to what you need in the moment, creating space to soften, release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
I believe healing unfolds when we give ourselves permission to slow down, listen inward, and simply be. My hope is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can step away from the pace of everyday life and return to your own natural rhythm. Nature is an important part of my own grounding and spiritual practice, and I find peace in time with family, sailing, walking the beaches and marsh, being outdoors, and sharing good food. I feel honored to walk alongside those seeking healing and growth, and to offer a space where you can be, receive, and reconnect with yourself.”
Booking on Liz's schedule is available online or through text for Wednesdays through Saturdays!

Summer always seems to go by a little too quickly.
The slower mornings, long days outside, trips, beach days and summer nights start being replaced by schedules, routines and fuller calendars.
For many families, the kids are heading back to school. And for some of us, homeschool is beginning again — or, in my case, beginning for the very first time! 🤍
There is something really good about getting back into a rhythm, but transitions can also bring a lot of stimulation and stress.
As we move into this next season, it's so important that we don't let a busy schedule mean that our bodies have to stay in a constant state of “go.”
Our nervous system needs moments of calm.
Rest, sleep, movement, time outside, nourishing food, prayer, connection and things like massage, facials reflexology, and sauna sessions can all give our bodies opportunities to slow down and recover from the stresses of everyday life.
Taking an hour to rest isn't about indulgence, it's simply part of taking care of the body we've been given.
So, as summer winds down, we're having a little Equinox Wellness Reset at Mosaic. 🍂

Welcoming Back Catriona + Introducing Reflexology
We’re so happy to share that a familiar face is returning to Mosaic!
After taking about a year-long sabbatical devoted to further education, personal wellness, and self-care, Catriona St. George, LMT, BS will be returning to Mosaic Wellness Boutique — this time bringing some new knowledge with her.
Catriona celebrates 23 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist this month, with a career in healthcare and wellness that began in 2000 as a nursing assistant. She later transitioned into massage therapy, studying techniques from around the world and eventually becoming a corporate trainer while continuing to maintain a private massage practice.
Throughout her many years of bodywork, Catriona has incorporated traditional practices including Ayurvedic marma points and the sen lines used in Thai massage. During her sabbatical, she completed additional education in reflexology, an approach she found complemented much of the work she has practiced for more than two decades.
Her reflexology training focused largely on the traditional reflex maps of the feet and hands, in which specific areas are believed to correspond with different parts of the body. Catriona especially appreciates the way reflexology shares similarities with several ancient bodywork traditions while still offering its own distinct approach.
What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a therapeutic pressure-point practice with roots and parallels in ancient healing traditions, including traditional Chinese foot and pressure-point therapies. Modern reflexology developed in the early 1900s through Dr. William H. Fitzgerald’s “zone therapy” and was later refined and popularized by Eunice Ingham in the 1930s. It uses targeted pressure on specific areas of the feet and hands that correspond with different areas of the body, with the goal of promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and supporting overall well-being.
Research is still developing, and results vary depending on the population being studied, so we view reflexology as a supportive wellness practice rather than a treatment for any medical condition.
Simply giving the nervous system an opportunity to slow down through intentional, therapeutic touch is incredibly restorative.
*fun fact: my Great Grandfather used to be a reflexologist in the 1930's and 40's. I'll bring in a book he owned by Eunice Ingham called "Stories the feet can tell" if anyone wants to flip through it while waiting for your session
When can I book with Catriona?
Catriona will be at Mosaic offering her new reflexology treatments every Thursday, as well as one Saturday each month.
We’re so excited to have Catriona back at Mosaic and to be able to offer our clients another style of bodywork — particularly for those who enjoy a gentler approach or are looking for something a little different from a traditional massage. The other service that will be available for booking with Catriona is couples massage (for Swedish massage as she will no longer be offering deep tissue massage).
Please join us in welcoming Catriona back! We can’t wait for you to experience what she has been learning and cultivating during her time away.
With warmth,
Meagan & the Mosaic Wellness Boutique Team
New to the service menu at Mosaic:
-Reflexology — 60 Minutes-
A deeply relaxing treatment based on the practice of reflexology, using targeted pressure on specific points of the feet and hands traditionally believed to correspond with different areas of the body.
The session begins with gentle full-body compressions and a soothing foot cleanse, followed by focused reflexology of the feet and hands and finishing with relaxing scalp work.
Designed to encourage deep relaxation, ease tension, and support an overall sense of balance and well-being.
-Reflexology + Meridian Massage — 90 Minutes-
Our extended reflexology experience includes the complete 60-minute foot and hand reflexology treatment, followed by 30 minutes of gentle massage incorporating focused work along traditional meridian points of the arms, back, and legs.
It’s a restorative head-to-toe treatment combining reflexology, light massage, and intentional pressure-point work for deeper relaxation and whole-body wellness.
