not every nail tech has your nail health as top priority. it is important that you find someone who does! the first set is NOT MY WORK!! it was done from another tech not in this area!!! the apex on the nail was all at the tip, causing pressure at the free edge and down which leads to lifting and breaking. it can also be painful having something heavy hanging off the tip of your fingers. these are her NATURAL NAILS, done with luminary gel. it is possible to get your natural nails long and keep them healthy, it is between you and your nail tech to get them there! as a client, using cuticle oil daily, NOT using your nails as tools (opening cans, scratching off labels, opening boxes for example), and making sure you schedule maintenance appointments every 2-4 weeks! your nails are jewels, not tools! as a tech, ensure you evaluate your clients nails to ensure they receive a service that best suits them and their lifestyle, proper cleaning and disinfecting of all tools and implements to avoid infection as well as a clean space to provide services, proper application of products and proper use of efile.
