Lashes by Bralynn

hey everyone!! i hope you all are having an amazing week 💕

Unfortunately, I have been having lots of last minute cancellations and no shows recently, so I want to share an updated policy that will be effective immediately. As a small business owner, this takes a severe toll on my income.

Starting today (April 14th) appointments that are not cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled time, will be subject to a reschedule/cancellation fee at my discretion.

Appointments that are missed with no notice (no shows) will be required to be paid in full before their next appointment will be scheduled.

New clients : At the time of scheduling your first appointment, I will be sending an invoice for you to put a deposit down to hold your spot. This deposit will need to be paid in order to keep your spot on the schedule.

I totally understand that emergencies happen & I have always been very understanding of that. I hope you all can be understanding of my situation as well.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to message me on messanger or my number anytime.
