This post is delayed but it’s the thought that counts. I am learning to release perfection and I am embracing being real. Hosting the Equinox and Solstice rituals with this human Amy | Sound Healing + Yoga | Phoenix is nothing short of joy and creative gusto. I started these events as Pamper Your Soul Rituals about 8 years ago, hard to believe the time. As a solo host I limited it to 8 guests to provide a true intimate experience. It worked. Sold out everytime. Once I found my new yoga home Forever Yoga and having access to this beautiful space inspired me to expand the community. I am abundantly grateful that Amy agreed to co-host these rituals with me so that we can open it up to 16 guests now, sold out every time. It’s our passion and we love the community that supports and joins us. Happy Fall Y’All 🧡🍁🍂🧡

Remember when.

Sometimes the moment presents love 🤍✨🪽🧚🏻‍♀️🐉🙌🏼

This is how we do it. The fruits of our labor…namaste my loves💕

Enjoyed a sweet hike under a canopy of rain clouds and much cooler temps this morning. A walk with nature to the stunning Lost Ranch on South Mtn. Fun exploring the way it used to be in the Wild West and feeling relief with the rain and cooler days. 💕🤠

Blissful Mother’s Day 💐💖 thank you
