Hi everyone!

Thank you again for joining me yesterday for our Advanced Brow Techniques Class! We covered a lot of information, and I hope you walked away feeling more confident not only in the techniques themselves, but also in understanding the why behind what you’re doing.

Here’s a quick recap of what we covered:

Micro Color Theory
We discussed how understanding undertones and color theory helps you make more intentional color choices for each client instead of simply choosing a shade based on how dark or light their natural brow hair is.

Brow Lamination
We talked about what brow lamination actually is, what is happening to the brow hairs during the chemical process, and why understanding the hair and processing times is so important.

The Lamination Process
We reviewed the proper steps of a brow lamination service, product placement, timing, processing, and how to customize your technique based on the client’s brow hair and desired result.

Remember, you also have your e-book to use as a continued reference, so don’t feel like you have to remember everything we discussed in one day!

Need More Hands-On Support?

Sometimes the next step after learning the information is simply having someone there while you put it into practice. If you’d like more individualized help, I currently offer two one-on-one options:

3-Day Private Hands-On Training — $1,200
A personalized training day where we can slow everything down, work hands-on, and focus specifically on the techniques you want more support with.

**In-Workspace Shadowing — $500
I can come to your workspace and shadow you while you perform services on a couple of your own clients. This gives you the opportunity to receive real-time feedback, corrections, and guidance while working in your normal environment.

Our next class will focus on Henna Brows! We’ll go through the henna service from start to finish, including proper application, building the henna, creating a clean and intentional shape, and techniques for achieving a beautiful finished result.

What We’ll Cover

During this class, we’ll be diving deeper into:

- Brow lamination technique and refinement
- Understanding how different hair textures affect processing
- Proper processing times and preventing over-processing
- Restructuring and directing the natural brow growth pattern
- Product placement and intentional styling
- Color theory and how it applies to your finished brow service
- Consultation and determining whether lamination is appropriate for your client
- Troubleshooting and refining your technique for cleaner, more consistent results

This class is designed to help you understand more of the why behind the service, rather than simply memorizing the steps.

Before Class

Please take some time before Tuesday to review the Brow Lamination 101 section beginning on page 57 of your e-book.

Pay special attention to processing, hair type, product placement, and the different client examples. Having that information fresh in your mind will make it much easier to follow along during class and ask more specific questions.

What to Bring

All materials needed for class will be provided.

Just bring:

- Your e-book or access to it on your phone/tablet
- Something to take notes with
- Any brow lamination questions you’ve been wanting answered
- An open mind and readiness to learn!

We’ll be building on the foundation you already have and really focusing on making your brow lamination services more intentional, safe, and consistent.

You soaked up a LOT of information today, so if your brain feels a little full right now, that’s completely normal! The goal isn’t to remember every single detail immediately. Take what you learned, practice it, refer back to your notes, and allow repetition to build your confidence.

Your Biggest Takeaways From Today

As you continue practicing, focus on these three areas:

Hard Wax vs. Soft Wax
Know the difference between the two, when and where each should be used, and how your technique changes depending on the wax you’re working with.

Wax Application + Removal
Remember your application and removal techniques, including the do’s and don’ts we discussed. Proper technique plays a huge role in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable waxing service.

Brow Mapping
Remember—we aren’t just memorizing where lines go. Understand the purpose behind each mapping line. Continue focusing on symmetry, where the brow should start, brow width, and creating a customized shape based on your client’s natural features.

We’re officially just a few days away from Brow Foundations, and I’m so excited to have you in class this Tuesday at The Aesthetic Beauty Bar!

This class is all about going back to the foundation and helping you better understand the WHY behind creating beautiful, customized brows—not just memorizing a mapping pattern.

During class, we’ll be covering:

• Brow anatomy, shapes & facial features
• Understanding symmetry
• Brow mapping and the purpose behind each mapping line
• Identifying the start, arch, tail & proper brow width
• Proper wax application and removal techniques
• Customizing the brow shape to your individual client
• Tips for creating more consistent results behind the chair
