Wrthit Lymphatic Massage

This is one of the reasons I completed my training in becoming a certified lymphedema therapist. I really wanted to understand how compression works and how to help you find the best fitting garments after surgery.

Is this something you're struggling with? Comment below and we'll see if we can help! 🙌

Our work as post-op lymphatic therapists goes beyond those first few weeks of recovery after cosmetic surgery.

As healing progresses, our focus evolves too. Through Brazilian lymphatic body sculpting, myofascial therapies, and our backgrounds in massage therapy, we help our clients move more freely and comfortably and feel good in their new bodies.

Surgery can change the way you stand, move, and carry yourself. Depending on the procedure, restoring balance to posture and movement can become an important part of the recovery journey.
At Wrthit, we’re here to support you through more than the initial stages of healing. It’s all part of The Wrthit Way™.

It's official🎉

I took this course to deepen my understanding of complete decongestive therapy and the lymphatic system. I have plans to take what I've learned and apply it in many different ways (stay tuned)💃

Eventually, I would like to hold classes to support those with a lymphedema diagnosis so that they can learn to manage their condition better, but that's a little ways down the road💜

The day I think I know everything is the day I retire😆 I definitely don't see that happening....well, ever😁

It's The Wrthit Way💃

It's our job and our honor to make you feel as comfortable as possible during every session🙏

If you're looking for post-op therapy that is explained to you in a way that you can understand, we would love to work with you☺️

There is so much debate about this topic on all of the post-surgery groups 😳

When you understand the 4 phases of healing and what's happening inside your body (you know, the parts you can't see🫣), that when you can understand the benefits of incorporating lymphatic therapy into your post-op care.
