REMINDER: Healing isn't linear, and neither is rest. Both deserve patience. 🤍
Some weeks you need deep work. Some weeks you just need stillness. Sylvia meets you wherever your body is that day — no fixed routine, no rushing the process.
My deep tissue and restorative bodywork sessions are especially suited for chronic tension, tight neck and shoulders, stress held throughout the body, and people who feel their body has been asking for deeper, more thoughtful care.
On a first visit, we begin with a conversation about what you are noticing, what you prefer, and what you want from the session. I explain the approach, check in about pressure, and adjust as the body responds.
You do not need to know which modality to choose. That is part of my work. Come as you are, and we will begin with what your body is showing that day.
Still deciding? Send me a DM with your question.

"I refuse to go anywhere else… her hands are mighty." — Morgan R.
As a massage therapist, the greatest compliment is not that every session feels the same. It is that a client trusts me to pay attention each time they return.
Long-term care is built through listening, adjusting, and giving the body what it needs that day. I am grateful for every client who places that trust in my hands.

Ancient wisdom. Felt from the ground up.
Practitioners in ancient Egypt, China, and India mapped the whole body through the feet. That idea is still at the center of how I approach reflexology.
It begins with a warm herbal foot compress, then moves into slow, precise pressure point work. The focus is your feet. The attention is your whole body.

I do not ask you to build your session from a menu. I choose techniques according to what I notice and how your body responds.
Deep tissue offers focused, responsive depth. Craniosacral work is quieter and more subtle. Cupping is a tool I may use when it supports the direction of the session. Reflexology brings focused attention through the feet while still belonging to the whole-body experience.
One technique may lead. Several may blend. Some may not be needed at all.
Customization means the body, not the menu, sets the direction.

I have spent more than twenty years working with bodies in luxury spa environments and private wellness settings. That experience gave me range, but it also taught me not to assume.
Every person carries tension differently. I begin by listening, noticing, and feeling for what the body is asking for that day. Then I shape the session around the person in front of me, not a memorized routine.
That is the standard behind every session at Temecula Massage by Sylvia.

Before you walk in, the room is ready. Once you're on the table, I'm paying attention to pace, pressure, your breathing, and the places that feel guarded.
Some days that means focused, deep work through the back and shoulders. Some days it means something quieter. Most days it's a blend, and you don't have to decide which. That's my job.
What you'll notice is that nothing feels rushed, and nothing feels like a routine.

I never take words like these lightly. A body carrying the effects of an accident needs patience, careful communication, and work that responds rather than assumes.
Every person's situation is different, and massage is not a promise or a replacement for medical care. My role is to listen closely, work within the client's comfort, and offer thoughtful support through the session.
If you are unsure whether my approach fits your needs, DM me before booking.

Most people find me after one of two things happens.
Their last massage felt nice, but nothing actually changed. Or they've carried the same tension for so long they've stopped noticing it's there.
After twenty years, here's what I know: your body usually tells me exactly where to go. My job is to listen closely enough to find it, then stay there until it lets go.
No script. No rushed sequence. Just the work your body is asking for.
