Not every massage setup comes with a red rock view. Sometimes it’s simply a quiet, comfortable room where you can close the door, unplug for an hour, and relax. I bring everything needed for your massage right to your Sedona vacation rental or residence, so when your massage is over, you’re already exactly where you want to be.

After a summer of traveling and giving massage along the way, I’m back in Sedona and jumping right into my fall schedule.

My first two days back were a pretty great welcome. My first day was a couples massage with repeat clients who had been looking forward to my return and booked my very first day back. The following day, I was joined by two other therapists for a group of eight women visiting Sedona.

Two very different sessions, but both reminded me how much I enjoy the variety that comes with this work. No two days, clients, or sessions are quite the same.

I’m looking forward to settling into a familiar rhythm here again and seeing some familiar faces, along with the new ones that the fall season always seems to bring.

One last stretch in Telluride before heading back to Sedona.

This summer has been full of mountain towns, river days, exploring, and a little massage work along the way. I’ve loved being able to bring my work with me and continue taking care of clients while traveling.

Now I’m looking forward to getting back to Sedona and settling into a beautiful fall season.

A little glimpse into my massage work this week in Telluride...I’ve worked with:

🏔️ Busy business owners who needed a chance to slow down and take care of themselves.

🏃‍♀️ A woman training for the Imogene Run, getting her body ready for a big mountain race. I’ll be seeing her again tomorrow!

💆‍♀️ A fellow massage therapist who needed some bodywork after spending his days taking care of everyone else.

✈️ A past client getting ready to travel, with a tight neck and back after lifting and hauling a little too much heavy stuff.

Different people. Different reasons. But all asking a lot of their bodies. I’m grateful they trusted me to help them feel their best.

First day back to work in 5 weeks! ❤️

My time off started as vacation, and then I had a mountain bike accident. I’m okay, but my face took a pretty big hit, and I’m still healing with some visible marks and swelling.

I’m healing a little more every day, and it felt SO good to get back to my massage practice today. I truly love this profession and the work I get to do.

I’m in Telluride providing in-home massage for a few more weeks before heading back to Sedona. Feeling very grateful to be back! ❤️

Over the years, my massage table has been everywhere…

Living rooms. Bedrooms. Patios. Decks. Home offices. Garages. Even a walk-in closet once.

But a home theater? That’s a first. 🍿😄

The best part about mobile massage is that you don’t need a dedicated massage room. If there’s enough space for my table, I can create a relaxing spa experience right in your home.

My boyfriend has been a river guide for 26 years, so we spend each summer chasing whitewater. One of the perks of being a mobile massage therapist is that I get to bring my business wherever life takes us.

Come fall, it’s back to beautiful Sedona.
