Rest can look like stepping away and saying no. Taking the long way home. Sitting in the quiet and doing something simply because it feels good.
There doesn’t always need to be something to show for your time 🤍
The little things add up. The way you move, the way you rest, the way you speak to yourself, the moments you give yourself to simply be.
A little more awareness can change a lot 🌿

It can be a few hours to slow down, catch up, take a breath, and leave feeling a little more like yourself.
Good hair is always a bonus ✨
Maybe the most meaningful things I create can't be measured in a number 🤍
I create a space where you can feel seen, heard, confident, excited, and at peace.
Yes, I do hair. But I also get to be part of the conversations, the celebrations, the hard days, the fresh starts, and all of the little moments in between.
And that will always be one of my favorite parts of this work 🌿
