Had a lovely day stopping by my favorite spa partners and to stock up their stores with freshly made botanical treasures for the Mother’s Day Sale they have going on right now.
Always great to connect with the friendly staff, see Satva on the shelves, and of course stay for a soak!
Working with Ojo makes my heart full. This has been my healing place for many, many years. The place I always go to come back to myself, and fill my well. It feels full circle to be part of their wonderful boutique collection and healing body treatment offerings.
I usually alternate where I soak, and today was Ojo Caliente. It was a perfect day (see stories!)
I can’t wait to get back to Ojo Santa Fe soon though, because it is getting really gorgeous with spring popping over there!
I’m so thankful we have these beautiful places to visit and treat ourselves, and that Satva can be a part of the Ojo healing experience. ✨🕊️

These golden beauties are hand poured in small batches with love and intention ✨
Time for skin tonic teas again! As the days are getting longer and the morning sun comes through the window in a slightly different way, I am drawn once again to my infusions.
Wintertime is full of hot teas all day, but Spring and Summer weather calls for strong infusions to be poured over ice all day long.
This is my first jar of the season and it’s made me the most excited about the change of the seasons.
Wildcrafted red clover, organic rose petals + hibiscus in a 1/2 gallon jar with boiled water poured to the brim.
Let sit for an hour or so, then strain the infusion, store in a jar in the fridge.
Sip giant jars daily. Mix with water or a splash of juice to your preference. I sometimes add a splash of coconut water and a squeeze of lime for a hydrating,cooling effect.
This is a glowing skin tonic, giving you all the hydration your cells crave(the first step for glowing skin!!) plus rose and hibiscus are used in Ayurveda to soothe the skin.
I drink this all the way into those first colder days of the fall. It’s part of my daily regimen. It’s so nice to come back to it this morning. I had almost forgotten!
