Dear valued clients,

I hope this message finds you well. I regret to inform you that I must reschedule all appointments that were scheduled for this coming Saturday, due to a family emergency. Unfortunately, a close family member passed away last week, and her homegoing service is set to take place this Saturday, out of town. I must attend this event to be with my family during this difficult time.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly request that you contact me via email to reschedule your appointment for Sunday after 5. I will do my best to accommodate your preferred time.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to serving you at our rescheduled appointment.

Best regards,
