Fibrotic tissue after liposuction is a normal part of the healing process. As your body repairs itself, collagen forms, which can create harness, firmness, tightness, or small lumps beneath the skin.

When treating fibrosis, our techniques are more targeted than traditional manual lymphatic drainage, but they’re never aggressive. The goal isn’t to “break up” tissue with deep pressure—that can create more inflammation and trauma. Instead, we use controlled, intentional techniques such as lymphatic cupping, vibration therapy, and specialized manual techniques to improve tissue mobility, support lymphatic flow, and encourage healthy remodeling while respecting the body’s healing process.

Healing takes time, and knowing when and how to treat each stage makes all the difference.
