Important Update: New Appointment Booking Policy
Dear Clients,
To ensure the best possible scheduling experience for everyone, I am introducing a new $10 deposit requirement for all scheduled service appointments starting today.
I understand that changes can be unexpected, so I want to be completely transparent about why this policy is being put in place and how it benefits everyone.
Why the $10 deposit is required (The Pros):
Secures your spot: Your deposit guarantees your specific time slot is locked in.
Reduces : It deters flaky bookers, last minute cancellations and no-shows, opening up more availability for clients who need appointments amd are serious. People tend to be more serious when skin is in the game😇😄
It is not an extra fee: When you show up for your appointment, the $10 goes directly toward your total service balance. If your service is $50, you only owe $40 at checkout.
The Policy on Non-Refundable Deposits (The Cons):
Non-refundable for missed spots: If you do not show up or fail to cancel within my required notice window, the $10 deposit is forfeited.
Protects my time: As a service provider, a missed appointment means an empty slot that could have been filled by another client. This small fee helps protect that dedicated time.
My goal is never to inconvenience anyone, but rather to create a fair, reliable system that respects everyone's schedule.

She Came in today fully ready to go for the pixie… and then decided to wait a few months✂️
So we pivoted , took off all the damaged ends and shaped it into a beautifully stacked bob instead. Honestly? She had No regrets. It’s fresh, healthy, and still a big transformation without going to short.
