Regulation changes everything.
When your nervous system isn’t constantly preparing for the next threat, putting out fires, or trying to survive the day, you have more capacity to actually live.
To think clearly.
To create.
To connect.
To make decisions from intention instead of overwhelm.
To take the risk.
To have the conversation.
To imagine something bigger for your life.
Regulation isn’t about becoming calm all the time.
It’s about having the capacity to move through stress without losing access to yourself.
Less survival mode.
More of you. ✨

Burnout is real.
Mental burnout can lead to brain fog, lack of focus, constant racing thoughts, or a complete mental crash.
Emotional burnout can lead to reactivity, a short temper, numbness, or dissociation.
Physical burnout can lead to pain, inflammation, and frequent illness.
Nervous system burnout can lead to anxiety, overwhelm, and, eventually, autoimmune diseases.
We help support repair and regulation.

Perimenopause is real.
Hormonal shifts are real.
The physical symptoms women experience deserve research, support, and appropriate care.
AND women also deserve more than being pathologized every time we become angry, exhausted, outspoken, less accommodating, or unwilling to tolerate bullsh*t.
❗️Not every boundary is a symptom.
❗️Not every expression of anger is hormonal.
❗️Not every woman who has had enough needs to be fixed.
For generations, women were conditioned to disconnect from themselves in order to belong.
To be the good girl.
To be agreeable.
To keep the peace.
To swallow the anger.
To override our needs.
To stay quiet.
To make everyone else comfortable.
And after decades of that, maybe the question isn’t only:
“What’s happening to women as they age?”
Maybe ask:
“What are women no longer willing to tolerate?”
Maybe some of the rage has been there for years.
Maybe some of the exhaustion comes from carrying too much for too long.
Maybe some of the discomfort is your body expressing what you spent years suppressing.
Maybe you are finally tired of abandoning yourself.
Maybe you are finally listening.
Your body has been communicating with you for years.
It’s been asking for:
More rest.
More nourishment.
Less stress.
More pleasure.
More space.
Healthy relationships.
Stronger boundaries.
A completely different way of living.
Sometimes the body isn’t betraying us.
Sometimes it’s giving us information.
And sometimes the woman everyone says is “changing” is simply becoming less willing to betray herself to remain liked, accepted, chosen, or easy to deal with.
Maybe it’s perimenopause or maybe it’s your body saying it’s we’re not self-abandoning anymore.
I help women navigate their rage in a healthy manner and connect back to their body. Connect with me for more information.

What does co-regulation look like in a trauma-informed sound bath?
You walk through the door and your place is already prepared for you.
You don't have to figure out where to go or what to do.
You settle in.
Your instructor is grounded, calm, and present.
The environment feels intentional.
You can simply be.
This is part of co-regulation.
Our nervous systems are constantly taking in information from the people and environments around us. When we experience safety, predictability, calm, and grounded presence, it can support our own nervous system's ability to soften and settle.
This is why a trauma-informed sound bath is about so much more than playing sound bowls.
The experience begins before the first bowl is ever played.
It's the environment.
It's the energy of the practitioner.
It's the way you're welcomed.
It's knowing what to expect.
It's having nothing required of you.
For once, you don't have to hold everything together.
You don't have to take care of anyone else.
You don't have to respond to another notification.
You don't have to do anything.
You can just receive.
Unplug from the world so you can recharge yourself!

We have a new device at Bliss that measures your oxidative stress in under a minute.
But what exactly is oxidative stress, and why does it matter?
Oxidative stress happens when there’s an imbalance between free radicals and your body’s ability to neutralize them with antioxidants.
Your body naturally produces free radicals, but things like chronic stress, poor sleep, environmental exposures, smoking, alcohol, and a diet low in antioxidant-rich foods can contribute to a higher oxidative load.
Over time, elevated oxidative stress can place additional strain on the body and is associated with inflammation, cellular damage, accelerated aging, and reduced overall resilience.
That’s why I’m so excited to incorporate this into our Wellness Scan & Consultation.
In less than a minute, we can gather another piece of information about what may be happening beneath the surface and use it alongside your other wellness data to create more personalized recommendations around:
• Stress management
• Nervous system support
• Sleep and recovery
• Nutrition and antioxidant intake
• Lifestyle habits
• Overall wellness
Because sometimes you don’t feel burned out yet, but your body is already giving you information.
