✨ NAD+ + IVF: The Numbers Are Worth Knowing.

New human data is putting NAD⁺ on the fertility conversation.

In a study of 112 women with diminished ovarian reserve, researchers compared IVF outcomes before and after a 10-week course of IV NAD⁺.

The results:

🥚 ~49% more mature eggs
4.06 → 6.06 mature eggs per IVF cycle

🧬 ~53% more normally fertilized eggs
3.75 → 5.75 per cycle

✨ More than 2.5× Grade A embryos
1.62 → 4.31 per cycle

The improvements were seen across multiple stages of early reproductive development — from egg maturity to fertilization and embryo quality.

Why does this matter?

NAD⁺ plays an important role in cellular energy production and mitochondrial function. Researchers are increasingly exploring how supporting NAD⁺ levels may influence oocyte quality and reproductive aging.

Important: This is promising early human evidence — not proof that NAD⁺ increases pregnancy or live-birth rates. The study was a preliminary, non-randomized before-and-after study and larger clinical trials are still needed.

For women exploring fertility optimization, IVF preparation, or reproductive wellness, NAD⁺ is a conversation worth having with your fertility provider.
