I hope this message finds you well. I have a few announcements to let you know.

Effective immediately today as of June 5, 2026:

We unfortunately have to increase our service prices slightly due to increased product costs and business expenses. Thank you to all who for being a valued client here at Cali Nails. We greatly appreciate your continued support and your business.

A few weeks ago we learned about our credit card merchant service, and I thought I would want to share this great information: Decline Reasons Codes

Because of an incident we have had experienced with, a customer repeatedly misunderstood what “Exceeds Withdrawal Frequency Limit” meant.

When seeing a code on a receipt, for example, “Exc wd freq lim", it is an abbreviation for Exceeds Withdrawal Frequency Limit.

We tried our best to explain clearly. And then we did resolve it. I decide to print so we can show what it means.

We hope to clarify something concerning or confusing clearly better.

We apologize for the last minute notice for today.

Because we have eyes exam appointment at 3pm, we, Cali Nails, have to close the shop today. We don’t know how long it takes to complete the exam.

Oh yeah, crazy to think we have a lot of health appointments for this past month, this November 24th morning, and next month. 😵‍💫

THE only one acrylic nail technician and I will be unavailable from Saturday, September 13th until Tuesday, September 16th.

We have several checkup routines appointments coming up next month. - half days.
