SONA

Southern Oregon, you sure know how to make a girl feel loved. 💜🌻

Erica from Be a Blessing Southern Oregon visited me today because folks on TikTok told her I needed a blessing. I don’t know what in the world I did to deserve such kindness, but my heart is full.

The sunflower bouquet and sunflower-covered heart plaque touched me deeply. The heart reminded me that I’m braver than I believe, stronger than I seem, smarter than I think, and more loved than I know. Sometimes I struggle to see those things in myself.

I recently lost my mom, my biggest cheerleader. Seeing those words surrounded by sunflowers—the flower of our home state, Kansas, where she now rests—felt like a message straight from her. Like Mom was finding a way to remind me she’s still cheering me on. 🌻💜

Thank you, Erica, Be a Blessing Southern Oregon, and everyone who thought of me. Thank you for the beautiful gifts, the kindness, and for raising your pom-poms for me today.

You helped me hear my biggest cheerleader again. 💜

OKAY, PLANT BAKED…WHAT KIND OF SORCERY IS THIS?!

I need to publicly admit that I was NOT prepared for how ridiculously good this was. 😂

Plant Baked is a local Medford bakery specializing in VEGAN baked goods—and apparently they have decided that “vegan” absolutely does NOT mean sacrificing flavor or texture.

And can we talk about that TOP ITEM in the photo?! 🤤

I am a complete texture snob. If the texture is wrong, I don’t care how good something tastes—I’m out.

THIS. TEXTURE. IS. PERFECT.

Light. Crispy. Crunchy. Delicate. Somehow all the right things happening at the same time. And then the FLAVOR hits. 🙌

I genuinely had one of those “Wait…THIS is vegan?!” moments.

Seriously, if you see Plant Baked at one of our local markets, GO GET THE THING. Actually, get two of the things. 😂

Plant Baked, you have officially converted this texture-obsessed gal into a fan. 👏🌱💚

As many of you know, Oregon’s new h**p regulations that took effect on June 1 required us to remove every ingestible C*D product from our shelves. The change had a significant impact on our business, but we remain committed to providing safe, high-quality h**p products that comply with Oregon law. We’ve spent considerable time researching and evaluating new products, and we’re proud to partner with Healthy Roots H**p Products —a woman-owned Oregon company whose commitment to true full-spectrum h**p, transparency, third-party testing, and exceptional quality meets the high standards we’ve always promised our customers.

Now Available:
