6 weeks out from competing November 7th at the Washington Championships in Federal Way Washington.
I will be competing in men's Masters bodybuilding over 60 and I will be 65 shortly.

I asked Chat GPT just for fun, giggles and laughs to make me a cover photo on muscle and fitness magazine in the 80s. It put some more muscle on and definitely better legs LOL.

So these are three possible competitions I'm thinking of doing in October / November.
I have already signed up to do the Northwest Championships November 7th in Federal Way Washington.
I am also thinking about maybe doing the Masters USA in Las Vegas November 21st or instead possibly the Idaho Cup Oct 17th in Boise Idaho
