Belinda's Holistic Massage

Good morning!! With the new cabinet in meant I had to get rid of the existing hamper I had but before I give it away I honestly can't remember which client told if I ever wanted to get rid of it they would take it lol. I have it at my house right now but will gladly bring it in for you. My luck it will be a client who doesn't have social media lol

Halfway through the week — how's your body holding up?

A small but important change at King Chiropractic.

Starting now, please call the day before you plan to come in: (480)628-6435. Dr. Susan drives in specifically for office days; if nobody calls ahead, she won't make the trip, and we'd hate to miss you!

One quick call keeps our doors open.

Thank you for supporting local—every visit truly matters!

Let's talk: FASCIA

It's time to look deeper and understand why it's not always just about the muscle.

If you've had the same spot worked on over and over, only for the tightness to return — the fascia in and around that area might be the piece everyone's been missing.

Myofascial release uses slow, steady pressure to help that tissue unwind.

TMJ & Jaw Tension: Know the Signs

Do you ever notice jaw pain, headaches, or neck tension that just won’t seem to go away?

Some common signs associated with TMJ disorders include:

• Jaw or TMJ pain
• Clicking or popping when opening your mouth
• Headaches around the sides of the head
• Ear pain
• Neck pain
• Jaw fatigue when chewing
• Teeth sensitivity or unusual tooth wear
• Bruxism (clenching or grinding your teeth)

Stress can also lead to increased jaw clenching and muscle tension. Taking time to relax and pay attention to areas where you may be holding tension can be an important part of self-care.
If you’re experiencing ongoing jaw pain or other symptoms, it’s a good idea to speak with your dentist or healthcare provider for proper evaluation.
