Let’s start this week of strong with a transformation Monday with one of my lovely clients. She started her Pilates journey in November and this is her 3 months later!!

Saipan is a Commonwealth of the USA & a part of the Northern Mariana Islands. If you look on the map it’s near Asai & Australia.
