Every instrument goes through a complete professional reprocessing cycle before being used for a client.

01 — CLEANING & DISINFECTION
All instruments undergo a complete cleaning and disinfection cycle in a professional washer-disinfector specifically designed for instrument reprocessing.

Drill bits undergo an additional ultrasonic cleaning stage to ensure thorough cleaning, including hard-to-reach areas.

02 — INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING
After cleaning, each set of instruments is carefully sealed in an individual sterilization pouch.

03 — AUTOCLAVE STERILIZATION
The final stage is sterilization of the sealed instruments in a professional autoclave.

Only after completing every stage of the process are the instruments ready to be used for our clients.
