Hey everyone! Just to clear up some confusion, I never stopped doing hair, I kept my salon, found a person to share with and continued to do hair super part-time on a not very flexible schedule. A few people put up with my lack of flexibility and sneak into my chair. I don't book far in advance but try my darndest to wiggle people in somewhere to get their hair did. If you're trying to get your hair done, just reach out. I'll try to wiggle you in somewhere. Hope everyone is well and I miss you all!

✨ Hi, Sun Prairie! We’re the new owners of Board & Brush Sun Prairie! ✨

We’re Tara & Dana, sisters, longtime business owners, lifelong creatives, and officially the new ladies behind the studio!

We’ve talked for years about finding a way to go into business together, so when the opportunity to take over this established Board & Brush studio came along, we knew we had to go for it. We’re incredibly excited (and maybe a little nervous!) to jump into this new adventure together.

We’re bringing plenty of creative energy, a whole lot of ideas, and our own personalities to the studio. But we’re also going to be learning as we go, so bear with us while we get our feet under us! 😂 There’s a lot to learn when you take on a new business, and we’re excited to figure it all out.

One of the things we’re most looking forward to is getting to know all of you. We want this to be a place where you can come celebrate, spend time with your people, try something new, and make something you're proud of.
