After 25+ years behind the chair, one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that every problem in a fade doesn’t require another guard.

Sometimes you have to step back, study the head shape, find the weight, and understand why something doesn’t look right before trying to fix it.

The clippers are only the tool. Your eyes have to tell your hands what to do.

I’m still learning. Still studying. Still sharpening my eye.
