Our Family Legacy 🌿

This week, we’re sharing a little piece of the story behind Pure Blendz Handmade.

Long before Pure Blendz Handmade officially formed up, our family’s old farm and train depot were places where people worked hard, gathered together, shared goods, and enjoyed simple Southern living for nearly 100 years.

Today, that land has a new purpose as a wildlife preserve, allowing the land and surrounding nature to continue being cared for and enjoyed for generations to come.

While the old depot and family store are part of our history, the spirit behind them lives on.

Just as our family once handmade and shared good things with their community, we’re carrying that tradition forward through Pure Blendz Handmade.

Handmade soaps. Simple traditions. Faith, family, hard work, and a heart for serving others.

We may be creating in a different place today, but the values remain the same.

Our Heritage | Where Our Story Began

A glimpse into the Jones family home and store on Brown Hill Road—preserved through family photographs, memories, and historical images.

Though the home is gone today, the people, stories, and memories remain. This collection honors our great-grandparents, Johnnie “Tugg” Jones and Lillie Jones, and the family legacy they left behind.

The place changed. The story remains.
