A few months ago I stepped into an industry I had never worked in before.

Today, I’m celebrating becoming the first Design Consultant in Houston to surpass $300,000 in monthly sales.

This wasn’t luck.
It was faith.
It was discipline.
It was countless conversations.
It was learning every single day.
It was showing up when I was tired.

The constant of life is change.
Have the courage to embrace it.

A few months ago, I was behind the chair doing hair.

Today, I’m honored to be recognized as Centurion of the Week with $79,408 in sales, a 60% closing rate, and an NSLI of $7,941.

This recognition isn’t just about the numbers.

It’s a reminder that the only constant in life is change.

Growth doesn’t always make sense in the moment. Sometimes it asks you to walk away from what’s familiar, leap into something completely different, trust the process, have faith that every lesson you’ve learned will prepare you for what’s next, and have the courage to GO FOR IT!

I’ve learned that you never stop learning. Every season has something to teach you if you’re willing to stay humble, stay coachable, and remain a student.

Everything I learned behind the chair; serving people, building relationships, solving problems, and leading with heart, didn’t disappear. I simply carried those skills into a new arena.

Thank you to every client who trusted me, every mentor who invested in me, and every teammate who continues to push me to become better.
