As you all know, I’m balancing my aesthetics & wellness business with my other full-time job at the Naval Hospital. I absolutely love being able to serve you guys, but I also wanted to make sure you always have someone you can reach out to when you need help.

Although I’m NOT saying summer is over (because I’m definitely not ready for that 😂☀️), these are a few things I’m starting to do this fall to refresh my skin after all those sunny summer days!

🍂 1. FOCUSING ON MY SKINCARE
Back to the basics - and being consistent!
✨ Vitamin C every morning to help protect against free-radical damage and brighten the skin
✨ SPF every. single. morning. to protect all the work I’m putting in
✨ Retinol every night to encourage cell turnover, improve texture, soften fine lines and support collagen production

🍂 2. MICRONEEDLING
One of my favorite ways to give my skin a reset! Microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin production while improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture, enlarged pores and acne scars. It’s also a great way to kickstart that fall collagen-boosting routine after months of sun exposure.

🍂 3. GETTING READY FOR A CHEMICAL PEEL
As we move out of peak summer sun, fall is a great time to incorporate a peel into your skincare plan.
