Greetings.. we hope you are all well. This is a notice we feel we have to share. Due to many no shows and last minute cancelations recently, we feel we have no choice but to let you know a no show fee charge will need to be discussed with you.
We are a commission salon, so your appointment lost, is money lost. We are liable to access a 35.00 charge which is the price of our lowest price service for a 30 minute appointment. If you do not show for a chemical service you could be charged as much as 75.00 for that amount of time and money lost on a chemical appointment.
We understand life can get in the way at times. We will be understanding but we are business taking care of you is our honor and privilege but a business none the less. Thank you.
