Happy first heavenly birthday to you my beautiful angel 💚

Today she would be 51, but now she lives eternally in heaven with The Creator and Carpenter, a much better place than this world right now.

There are so many memories saved in these photos, and I am so grateful that she LOVED taking photos….of everything!!! 🤣 I could go on and on and I did…but then erased it so here we go. She’s the best mamacita Linda, our memories together will last a lifetime 💚

✝️🙌🏽💚

First time stepping into the gym in 6 months. It was a bitter sweet feeling. I took the break after mamabear passed because I needed time to cope with such a hard loss and the heartache. For some is can take days, some maybe weeks, for me…it took 6 months and I’m totally okay that. I love being in the gym but the gym is where I can push my physical limits and I can’t do that properly if my mental state isn’t in a good spot. Reaching the point where I feel good enough to go back into the gym is a proud moment for me.

Now…my workout sucked because I’m weak, out of shape, but I know day by day I will get stronger and more conditioned. Luckily I have been blessed with wonderful genetics along with mindful eating and I wouldn’t have been able to get to this point if it wasn’t for my amazing husband for being so understanding, loving and caring. 💚💚💚 I am so grateful for everyone who has and continues so show love for the family it means more than you know.

Happy Father’s Day to this goofy man 🙌🏽☺️ love ya

Excited to see what kind of package I can bring this year ☺️☺️🤙🏽 in other words it’s that time again where I annoy people with gym and progress posts 🙌🏽 not sorry! Love y’all.
