⚠️ A suspected seroma should never be ignored or handled by someone without proper training. Signs of infection, worsening pain, redness, warmth, fever, or concerning drainage require prompt medical evaluation.

✨ POST-OP ITCHING IS REAL! ✨
That intense itching after surgery isn’t always coming from the surface of your skin — much of the sensation can be related to healing beneath the skin. As swelling decreases, tissues heal, and irritated or healing nerves begin sending signals again, you may experience itching, tingling, crawling, or “pins and needles” sensations.
💜 Ways to manage post-op itching:
• Stay hydrated to support recovery
• Keep your skin moisturized, but avoid applying products directly to incisions unless approved
• Wear your compression garment as directed and make sure it isn’t causing excessive friction
• Avoid scratching — it can irritate healing skin and incisions
• Gentle movement may help circulation and reduce stiffness
• Magnesium supplements may support normal muscle and nerve function and promote muscle relaxation — check with your surgeon/provider before adding supplements after surgery
• If your provider approves, medications may be recommended depending on the cause of the itching
⚠️ Remember: Severe itching with a new rash, hives, spreading redness, warmth, drainage, worsening swelling, or trouble breathing should NOT be assumed to be normal healing. Contact your medical provider.

What an incredible experience at the Forever Yours Wellness Retreat hosted by Bossties (Boss Besties) !
I had the pleasure of providing IV hydration therapy and wellness injections to guests who were intentional about investing in their health and wellness. There is nothing more rewarding than helping people feel their best from the inside out.
But this retreat was about so much more than wellness services. We laughed, learned, connected, and embraced self-care through a beautiful charcuterie class, energizing yoga and Pilates sessions, a peaceful sound bath, and heartfelt conversations during our roundtable discussion.
