💔They talk about Us like we’re supposed to apologize for growing older, Like our beauty has an expiration date stamped by somebody else’s standards.

💔They praise us when we look young, then turn around and shame us when we don’t.

I say , It’s a trap built to keep us questioning our reflection instead of celebrating it.

💔Age shaming women has become a quiet, casual cruelty slipped into jokes, comments, and comparisons that were never meant for our protection. It’s a way this society tries to shrink us just as we’re stepping into our Fullest Power, But we don’t owe anyone “Youth” to be Worthy.

💓We don’t owe anyone softness to be respected, and we don’t owe anyone silence while they try to weaponize our years against us.

A woman naturally aging is not a punchline , it’s a testimony, anyone who tries to shame it is revealing their own discomfort with a beauty that doesn’t need permission to evolve.
