Pure Health Massage, LLC

Happy Morning to you! I have a few openings left for the fabulous month of October here. And as you’ll see, I find myself working this Saturday, the 17th and am looking to add another session. Could this be for you?? 👻 Reach out and let’s get you scheduled!

You're Invited!! And we're going all out for this one!

Join us for our Grand Opening Celebration at the Well Balanced Paw at our new location at 212 N. Central in downtown Staunton on October 24th.

We have a full afternoon of activities, including a pet costume contest, custom embroidery from , pet portraits by , delicious (human) food from Globowl Cafe, giveaways at the top of every hour, live music, and so much more! You're not going to want to miss this!

This made my day! 🥰🤩

Niki is the first person to try a Pure Frequency session, and I’m so grateful that she was willing to share her experience so openly.

When I started putting these sessions together, I wanted to create something for people who have a hard time truly slowing down — especially those of us whose brains don’t always cooperate when someone says, “just relax” or “try meditating.” The goal was to create a space where you don’t have to do anything, achieve anything, or even talk. You can simply get comfortable and let yourself be still for a while.

Reading her description of feeling able to disconnect, settle in, and quiet her mind was exactly what I hoped these sessions could offer.

Thank you, Niki, for trusting me enough to be one of my guinea pigs and for allowing me to share your review.

Pure Frequency sessions are now available at Pure Health Massage!! ⚡️💫✨🥳

Good morning and Happy Labor Day!

After a very long application process, I have been accepted and officially certified as a small, women owned business here in Virginia! 🥳🤩🤓

It’s a small distinction but I’m very proud of it! A very gracious thank you to each and every one who helps make this business possible with each appointment. I wouldn’t be here if not for all of you! 🥰💞

Any takers??

Greetings everyone! After several days of seeing clients in the new space and getting everything situated, I’m finally ready to share a looksie at my room!

Want to check it out in person? I’ve had a last minute cancellation for tomorrow, the 14th, at 11:15 for a 60 min session. Text 540-414-4060 to claim!

Old lady from the late 1900’s asking for some help!! 😂
Do I know anyone who is proficient with Google Forms, specially how to create one? I know the basics but I don’t have the patience (nor time!) to sit for hours trying to convert my massage intake form into a Google Form.

I can pay or trade massage for this task. Turn around time less than 10 days would be preferred. Please, please, please?? I’d be forever grateful! 🤓🤓🤓
