As much as I love accommodating everyone, no-shows and last-minute ghosting — especially from new clients — have become too frequent. When someone books and doesn’t show up or respond the day of their appointment, that’s time I could have offered to another client.

Your deposit will go toward your service total and simply ensures that your appointment time is respected — just as I respect your time.
