Insight Ophthalmology

Feeling extra grateful for my team this week. ❤️

Insight Ophthalmology would not be where we are today without our amazing staff. We may be a small office, but everyone works so well together, looks out for one another, and takes such great care of our patients. Our Google reviews constantly remind me how much our patients notice and appreciate their kindness, patience, and expertise.

Today, an extra shoutout to Mia! She had jury duty this morning and, after being dismissed, came back to work in the afternoon. She absolutely could have taken the rest of the day off, but she knew we were short-staffed and came in to help. 🥹❤️ That is teamwork.

And we missed you today, Ella! 😂

We also got to celebrate Ping’s birthday this week! 🎂 Lucy brought the cake and a card for everyone to sign, which made it even more special.

It’s the little things like this that remind me how lucky I am. We are a small team, but truly such a good one. I’m beyond grateful for this wonderful work family. ❤️

Spent the weekend in Salt Lake City for the Interventional Glaucoma Master Class — soaking up the latest innovations so we can bring world-class glaucoma care right here to Staten Island 💪👁️‍🗨️

And of course, squeezed in a little exploring before the red-eye back to NYC — Antelope Island, Big Cottonwood Canyon, City Creek, and a rainy walk by the Latter-Day Saints Temple 🌧️⛰️

Because great doctors never stop learning (or adventuring), building friendships and mentorships 😉
