Swipe for some unconventional color combinations for each of the four main seasons! 😍😍 Keep in mind for summer and autumn seasons, lower contrast is typically better. Reach for more muted tones that are closer on the color wheel or closer in value! 🤍🩶 For winter and spring seasons, you can turn up the contrast! Choose brighter colors that are opposite on the color wheel or greatly differing in value 🩵🖤

Finding the right amount of contrast can be tricky. It is the aspect of color analysis that took me the longest to train my eye to see and I struggled the most with when studying for my certification. For some palettes it is one of the most important things to get right. Not sure if you look best in color blocking or monochrome? I’m ready when you are 🙂
