As a high-end photography studio, our priority is delivering master-grade art while maintaining strict digital security and server performance. Here is how our studio manages gallery access, cloud storage, and file preservation:
1.How long are active galleries accessible?
-Delivered galleries are hosted on active web servers for 30 days. Clients are required to download their master-resolution files directly to a desktop system or primary hard drive upon receipt.
2.Why do web galleries expire and clear?
-Active web galleries function exclusively as temporary delivery portals, not permanent cloud storage vaults. Studio cloud servers are systematically purged every 6 months to maintain studio infrastructure and ensure peak website performance.
3.Can gallery hosting be extended if needed?
-Yes! If you require additional hosting time, temporary extensions must be formally requested in writing prior to your initial 30-day expiration window so we can allocate server space.
4.Why shouldn't you screenshot or download previews on mobile?
-Re-accessing, screen-recording, or screenshotting web previews on mobile networks forces extreme lossy compression. This causes pixel distortion and severe loss of fine detail. Always print and archive using your original downloaded master files.
5.Can unedited RAW files or extra unreleased frames be retrieved?
-Every delivered collection constitutes a complete, finished body of artistic work. Unrendered RAW files, test exposures, and rejected frames remain the sole intellectual property of the studio and are never archived or released.
