☀️ | Sun Damage | ☀️

I know tanning is a sensitive subject for most. We all love a good bronzed glow in the summer…even the winter. Unfortunately, sun damage is the number 1 thing that’s going to age you more rapidly. I cannot stress enough how important it is to cover up and apply spf. This is my 73 year old father. He’s worked outside most of his life. His legs have always stayed covered to prevent injury, but his hands are always exposed to sunlight. Thankfully, he’s very good about applying sunscreen everyday. It’s hard to believe these hands and legs are the exact same age. Prevent sun damage while you can!! Be careful. Be cautious. Be smart! ☀️💛
