¤Cancer can suck an egg!¤

I was at MD Anderson to say goodbye to a client with a very aggressive form of brain cancer. A few of the family members who were there seemed surprised that "her hairstylist" came by. Not in a snobby way, but in a wow kinda way. Some people don't understand the relationship that can develop over time in a stylist chair.
I have had the honor of having so many of you in my chair, in my heart and in my life for 10,15,20, 25+ years now. You have become like extended family. I've shared the excitement of wedding days, finding out your going to be parents for the first time, aging parents, divorces, death of loved ones, hurricanes, floods, fires and more all throughout the years.

Saying goodbye is never easy, I am going to miss Cat( That was her nickname) terribly. I was glad to be there, and honored to have known her for the years I did.
I want you all to know just how deeply grateful and honored I am that we have spent these years together. And that you have trusted me with not only your hair, but bits of your hearts too. Thank you. 🙏💜
