🥹🥹🥹🥹 what an honor it was that .bybrittneyk flew all the way from Lubbock to have me do her color and extensions for her wedding. My little QT is all grown up and married now 🫶

For most of my life I struggled with severe gut issues; everything from being hospitalized for constipation to dealing with explosive diarrhea at the most inopportune times.

I was raised eating almost entirely processed foods with no real understanding of what “taking care of yourself” meant. I watched my dad spend years in and out of hospitals, repeatedly let down by doctors but also unwilling to change the habits contributing to his health decline. I knew I didn’t want that same future, I just didn’t know where to start.

For years I was told nothing was wrong. At 28 I even had a colonoscopy only to be told my chronic diarrhea was “nothing to worry about.” But I knew something wasn’t right.

In 2021 I was diagnosed with leaky gut and told to eliminate gluten and dairy. I did for a while… until cheating occasionally slowly turned into cheating regularly and my symptoms came right back.

In 2023 I committed fully and gave them up for good. I felt significantly better, but still not 100%. My hormones were low, I was tired, inflamed, and my stomach still hurt.

About 8 months ago I was introduced to peptides as a possible way to address some of the lingering symptoms I was experiencing. Since then I’ve done extensive research, more gut testing, food sensitivity testing, and completely overhauled my diet and lifestyle.

Peptides alone didn’t heal me. It has been a combination of many changes, but the difference has been life changing.

I’m almost 37 and can honestly say I’ve never felt (or looked) better.

That journey led me to fall in love with functional and regenerative medicine and the power of peptides.

Today I partner with helping physicians and med spas integrate peptides into their practices to support patient recovery, longevity, cognitive performance, and stronger long term patient relationships.

What a DREAM! So many highlights from our Thailand trip and so grateful to check this off my bucket list! I have in fact learned a few new things about myself on this trip:
1) 8-10 days of being away is my max - the last few days I have been OVER IT and sadly it showed
2) To say I am high maintenance is an understatement
3) I loved the experience but I don’t know that I will travel back to Asia for the soul fact of how long it takes

I couldn’t be happier to be home with my babies 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐱, sleep in my bed and have a home cooked meal. It has given me a true appreciation for the opportunity we have to live in The U.S. 🇺🇸

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Someone ship my dogs here, I’m not coming back..My dad would be FREAKING OUT! Elephants were always his favorite animal so this has been the highlight of my trip 🐘
