Healing Haven Massage Therapy

Ashleigh has an opening tomorrow, her sessions are truly wonderful!

Hot stone is great for your muscles any time of the year but I like it especially in the fall and winter. Paired with the table warmer, hot towels, and a hot rice compress you are bound to be nice and cozy through to the bone.

Come settle in and warm up after long days out in the cold or in a breezy office!

It is always an honor to witness the deep shifts that can happen with a little nudge in the right direction. 🧡🍁

🍎Back to School RIFE Special 🍎

2 days of remote RIFE for $55.

🍉 The power of RIFE can be so supportive to our little loves as they try to assimilate back into the classroom after these beautiful wild child summers.
Here's a few of the many possibilities:

🖍️ Immune health
🖍️ Focus & concentration
🖍️ Memory
🖍️ ADD/ADHD
🖍️ Stress
🖍️ Sleep
🖍️ Mental/Emotional support
🖍️ Dyslexia/Learning disabilities
🖍️ Nervous System
🖍️ Minerals
🖍️ Hormones
🖍️ Brain Balancing/Concussions

Every session can be tailored specifically to one individual's needs. We consider programs for the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual body. So if you have specific concerns vs general support, we can find the programs that are the highest priority.

But here's the other great thing. The price is the same for 1 person or your entire household! Mom, Pops, kiddos...you can all pile into the same session & get all the benefits.

🌞 Teachers, we see you too! Struggling to embrace the beautiful chaos after summer? RIFE can help support your transition as you gear up to be a light in their world.

There are 2 remotes available for each 48 hr sequence. Not local? No problem! The remote sessions can be done from anywhere in the world.

🍎 Text 605.722.1371 to reserve 48 hours of proactive care for you or someone in your family. The special runs until September 20th.

Happy birthday America! ❤️🤍💙

Embrace your spark 💛

Sending love to those that feel their loved ones sacrifices the deepest today.
Love to all the grieving hearts today.

On Saturday, as I drove through the National Cemetery, I saw an elderly man sitting cross legged in the grass in front of a grave. Crying with abandon, speaking his heart to a person he deeply misses.
The talk I had at my grandparent's grave went a little deeper than usual after that.
I hugged my family a little harder, with extra gratitude in my heart.

Thank you to those who have served, we hope you feel honored every day.

Happy Memorial Day ♥️🤍💙

The perfect rainy day line-up! 💙☔💙
