Studio Hygeia

I had SO MANY awesome nominations for the "Tropical Getaway" facial. It was so fun to read everyone's nominations! I'm definitely going to have to do something similar in the future.

The winner is.........

Samantha Miller 🥳

Nominated by Nicole Humble:

"I nominate the 3rd grade team at Sparta Elementary School! Samantha Miller, Chloi Garrison-Burden, Grace Sharp are such a blessing to our school! They came together last year and built an extremely strong team and friendship that is seen and noticed by staff and students. We are so thankful for them and the joy they bring to our school. Can't wait to watch year 2 unfold for this group of ladies. THANK YOU ALL."

Thank you to everyone who nominated someone. This account won't let me tag anyone, so if you know Samantha, tag and congratulate her below!

The first giveaway for the 60 minute massage and facial goes to......

Diana Renner 🥳

Don't forget!

I will be out until Monday the 28th.

I may not have cell service for a large amount of that time, so appointments will be have to be booked online and all other questions will be answered when I get back.

I still have some appointments available this week and next monday, if you need in before the 15th.

🏹 Archery Hunters 🦌

Bow hunting demands a lot from your body, especially your shoulders, upper back, neck, and core. Drawing your bow, holding at full draw, climbing through rough terrain, and carrying gear all put stress on your muscles.

Regular massage can be a great way to help keep your body feeling strong, mobile, and ready for the season. 💪

Massage may help:
• Reduce muscle tension and tightness
• Support healthy range of motion
• Keep your shoulders and upper back moving freely
• Help you recover after long days in the woods
• Help prevent injury and strain

Don’t wait until your shoulders are screaming to give them some attention. Take care of your body now so you can focus on the hunt when it counts.

🎯 Stay ready.

I have a few appointments left before I leave for Colorado, if you want to get in before the 15th.

We have made it all the way to Labor Day and the tick count is still at zero!! 🪲 😆

That's a huge win in my book. Last year at this time I had 5 or 6 ticks I had found on clients.

Hope everyone had a great bug-free weekend!
