💚 A LITTLE C*D UPDATE… AND A CHANCE TO STOCK UP! 💚

If you've seen the recent news about changes to h**p/C*D laws and thought, “Wait…what does this actually mean?” — you're definitely not alone.

So here's the simplest version I can give you:

My h**p and C*D products are currently within the legal h**p limits. This isn't a situation where I'm suddenly selling something illegal.

I've also always made my C*D products using C*D isolate, rather than full-spectrum h**p extract. That's one of the reasons my C*D products don't have that strong “h**py” smell that some people associate with C*D. I've always preferred the clean, consistent product I get from using C*D isolate.

BUT…there's a separate issue.

Beginning October 15th, my payment processor is no longer allowing me to process payments for h**p/C*D products.

So, rather than risk having my entire payment account affected, ALL h**p and C*D products will be removed from the website on Monday, October 12.

After October 12, the C*D products will still be available for purchase at my in-person events, but C*D/h**p purchases at events will be CASH ONLY moving forward.

There are additional federal changes coming in November that are separate from this payment-processing issue. Those changes are more complicated, and I'm keeping a very close eye on them so I can make sure I'm doing things the right way.

I know this is confusing. Honestly…I'm right there with you. 😂

My goal is simple: keep making the products you love, follow the rules as long as it makes sense to keep making them.

I'm all set up for Fall Fest at Cotton+Birch today from 8-3 with a whole bunch of local small businesses!

As promised, I did get some 'Mystery Boo Boxes' 👻🎃 made for today, BUT...I only have 𝙁𝙄𝙑𝙀 🫣 If you were hoping to grab one you may want to come early!

📍 I will only have one in person shopping opportunity this month. And that will be next Saturday, 9/12 in Sparta, at Cotton + Birch for their annual Fall Fest!
