A little business update because I have to start protecting my time a little better. In just the last few weeks, I’ve lost close to $4,000 in income from same day cancellations and appointments being moved last minute. I completely understand that life happens, but when an appointment is canceled the day of, I usually cannot fill that spot, which means I lose the income and another client who wanted that appointment loses the opportunity to come in.

Moving forward, any same day cancellation or last minute reschedule will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment, before I will rebook you.

This is not meant to punish anyone. It is simply to protect my income, my time, and the clients who are waiting for appointments and take their scheduled time seriously. I love and appreciate every single one of you, but my appointment book is also my livelihood, and I have to treat it that way. 🤎
