No clients. No salon. No chair. Flip wigs • Sell digital • Earn daily
⬇️ Start your wig business today
🔥 IF I HAD TO START MY HAIR BUSINESS OVER TODAY, THIS IS WHAT I WOULD DO FIRST… 👀
And NO… I wouldn’t start by buying 50 wigs.
I wouldn’t spend thousands on inventory.
And I definitely wouldn’t start by copying somebody else’s business. 🚫
I would FIRST figure out exactly WHO I want to serve and WHAT problem I’m going to solve for them. 🎯
Because you can have beautiful wigs, bundles, and hairpieces—but if you don’t know who you’re selling to, you’re going to waste money trying to sell to EVERYBODY.
Then I would:
đź’Ž Choose a focused product collection
🔎 Research the market
🧪 Test my vendors
đź’° Create a realistic startup budget
📊 Learn how to price for profit
📝 Set up my business properly
📱 Build a brand and marketing strategy
I’ve been in the hair business for 21 years, and if I had to start over, I would start with KNOWLEDGE and a PLAN before INVENTORY.
And that’s exactly why I’m teaching you these steps. 👑
If you’re serious about starting your hair business but don’t know where to begin, I created the Wig Boss Blueprint to help you stop guessing and start building.
👇🏽 Comment “BLUEPRINT” if you’re ready to learn how to build your hair business the RIGHT way.
Don’t just buy hair. Build a BUSINESS. 💰👑

STEP 8: Build your brand and make ordering easy! 💼✨
Your logo catches their eye. Your product information and customer experience help earn their trust!
Before you send customers to your store, check these details:
📸 Show what you actually sell. Use clear photos and videos of your products, including close-ups of the lace, texture, and construction.
📝 Answer their questions. Include length, color, texture, cap size, what comes with the order, and care instructions.
📦 Explain the wait. Clearly identify ready-to-ship items, preorders, and custom products, with realistic processing and delivery times.
🛍️ Make checkout simple. Customers should be able to select their options, see the price, and pay securely without confusion.
đź’¬ Be easy to reach. Display your contact information and make your customer policies easy to find.
📝 Your assignment: Complete ONE product listing that gives your customer everything they need to decide and order confidently.
After 21 years in the hair industry, I want you to build a business customers feel comfortable buying from—and recommending! 💕
👇🏽 Visit your page like you’re a first-time customer. Would YOU feel confident placing an order?
🚨 Your first order comes in… but do your customers know your policies? 👀📦
STEP 7: Set up your business and create clear customer policies! đź’Ľ
Before you start taking orders:
✨ Choose your business name and complete the registrations and tax setup required for your location.
✨ Separate your business finances. Keep track of what comes in and what goes out so you can understand your numbers.
✨ Write your shipping policy. Explain processing time AND delivery time—especially for preorders and custom wigs.
✨ Explain returns and exchanges. Customers should know the conditions before they pay.
✨ Set expectations for custom orders. Confirm measurements, color, length, pricing, and turnaround time in writing.
✨ Create a process for problems. Make it easy for customers to contact you about damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Clear policies help customers buy with confidence and help you handle orders consistently. đź’Ż
📝 Your assignment: Create a customer policy page and make it easy to find before checkout.
After 21 years in the hair business, I know that professionalism includes how you communicate and handle your customers! đź’•
👇🏽 Have you written your business policies yet?
🚨 You’ve been thinking about starting your hair business… let’s turn that idea into a PLAN! 👀💼
Whether you want to sell wigs, bundles, or hairpieces, these 7 steps will help you build your foundation:
🎯 1. Know your customer.
Choose who you’ll serve and what problem your products will solve.
đź’Ž 2. Choose your collection.
Start with 3–5 products that meet your customer’s needs. Learn their features, fit, and care.
🔎 3. Do your research.
Study other hair businesses and ask potential customers what they need. Listen for opportunities to provide better service.
âś… 4. Test your vendors.
Order samples. Wash, style, and wear the hair before putting your business name behind it!
đź’° 5. Create your budget.
Include inventory, packaging, selling tools, and marketing. Decide whether you’ll keep stock, take preorders, or use vendor fulfillment.
📊 6. Price for profit.
Count ALL your costs including your time before setting prices or offering discounts.
📝 7. Set up your business.
Complete the business and tax setup required for your location, separate your business finances, and write clear shipping, return, and custom-order policies.
After 21 years in the hair industry, I’m sharing what I’ve learned so you can start with direction no gatekeeping! 🙌🏽💕
Save this checklist and tackle one step at a time.
👇🏽 Which step are you working on right now?
🚨 You sold a wig for $250… but how much did you actually KEEP? 👀💰
STEP 6: Price your products for profit.
Before setting prices for your wigs, bundles, or hairpieces, add up:
✨ The cost of the hair
✨ Shipping from your vendor
✨ Packaging and payment fees
✨ Customization supplies and your time
✨ Any delivery or shipping you cover
📝 Example: If you sell a wig for $250 and those costs total $170, you have $80 left before marketing, business overhead, and taxes.
That whole $80 isn’t automatically money you can spend!
Your prices should cover your expenses, pay you for your work, and leave room for your business to grow. Also, calculate what you’ll keep BEFORE offering discounts! 💯
Your assignment: Choose one product, calculate its full cost, and check whether your selling price leaves enough profit.
After 21 years in the hair business, I want you to understand your numbers just as well as you understand your hair! đź’•
👇🏽 Have you calculated what you keep from each sale?
🚨 You priced the hair… but did you budget for everything it takes to SELL it? 👀💰
STEP 5: Build your startup budget and decide how you’ll fulfill orders.
Before spending your money, write down the costs:
✨ Hair samples and starting inventory
✨ Packaging and shipping supplies
✨ Your online store and payment fees
✨ Product photos and marketing
✨ Business setup expenses
Then decide how customers will receive their hair:
📦 Keep inventory: Have products on hand to inspect and ship yourself.
📝 Take preorders: Customers order before you purchase their products—clearly explain processing and delivery times.
🚚 Use vendor fulfillment: Your supplier ships directly to customers—test their quality, packaging, and delivery process first.
Your assignment: Set a budget you can afford and map out what happens from checkout to delivery. 📝
After 21 years in the hair business, here’s my advice: Give every dollar a purpose, and make sure you can deliver what you promise! 💕
👇🏽 Which would you choose: inventory, preorders, or vendor fulfillment?
🚨 That vendor’s pictures look good… but have you tested the hair? 👀
Your business name goes on that package, so your reputation is attached to what’s inside! 💯
STEP 4: Find vendors and TEST their products.
Before buying inventory, order samples from at least two vendors and compare:
✨ Shedding and tangling: How does the hair perform after washing and wearing?
✨ Length and fullness: Does it match what you ordered?
✨ Construction: Check bundle wefts, wig stitching, lace, and cap fit.
✨ Communication: Ask about processing times and how they handle defective orders.
📝 Your assignment: Wash, style, and wear your samples. Record your results before choosing a supplier.
A vendor list gives you contacts. Testing helps you decide who deserves your business.
After 21 years in the hair industry, this is one lesson I want you to take seriously: Sell hair you can confidently stand behind! đź’•
Save this before placing your first inventory order, and follow along for Step 5! 🙌🏽
🚨 Before you spend money stocking hair, find out what customers actually want! 👀
STEP 3: Research your competition and talk to potential customers. 🎯
Study five hair businesses serving the audience you want to reach. Look at their prices, products, delivery times, and customer reviews.
Then pay attention to the complaints:
✨ “My wig didn’t fit.”
✨ “The bundles tangled after washing.”
✨ “Nobody answered my questions.”
Those complaints can show you where your business could offer better products or service! đź’ˇ
Talk to five potential customers and ask:
💬 What’s your biggest frustration when buying hair?
đź’¬ What would make you trust a new hair business?
💬 What matters most—fit, quality, convenience, or price?
Your assignment: Write down three customer needs your business will address. 📝
After 21 years in the hair industry, I’ve learned that listening to your customers helps you make better business decisions. 💕
