At Healing Touch Massage, we believe massage therapy should do more than help you relax—it should help you move better, feel better, and live better.

Our approach is rooted in outcome-based massage therapy, where every session is tailored to you!

✨ Please help us welcome the newest member of the Healing Touch Massage team! ✨

We’re so excited to introduce Alexandra, our newest massage therapist! 🌿

As Healing Touch Massage continues to grow, we’re grateful to bring on talented therapists who share our commitment to providing thoughtful, personalized care and helping our clients feel and function their best.

A little about Alexandra:

Alexandra Bumgarner was born and raised here in Pinehurst and is a graduate from UNC Chapel Hill with her Bachelor’s in Biology and Medical Anthropology. While at UNC, she studied how we approach health in our society and found that she wasn’t satisfied with the reliance on biomedicine. This led her to pursue alternative medicine in the form of massage therapy at Sandhills Community College and her love for the field has only grown. Alexandra is fascinated by how the body is intricately connected and believes that in order to address one part, you must assess the whole. She is trained in several techniques including Swedish, myofascial release, cupping, hot stone, and reflexology. Alexandra’s favorite things to do outside of massage therapy are bird watching, hiking, and curling up with a good book.

We’re excited for you all to meet her and experience what she brings to our team! Her schedule is now open, and appointments are available for booking. 🤍

Drop a 👋 in the comments to help us give Alexandra a warm welcome!

Take care of your body, manage stress, and make a little time for you this season. 🌿🤎

We have a few appointments left this week—book yours before they’re gone!

Gua Sha / therapeutic scraping is a targeted technique that can be incorporated into your massage session to help increase local circulation, reduce muscle tension and stiffness, and improve mobility.

Whether you’re dealing with stubborn tightness, restricted movement, or muscles that just won’t seem to let go, scraping is another tool we can use to help your body move and feel better.

Because massage isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your treatment shouldn’t be either. 🤍

Therapeutic. Focused. Results Driven.
