When Andra became the owner of Pure Sweat + Float in South Jordan, she wasn’t looking to add to her already full life.
She had no idea where this unexpected “yes” would lead or how deeply this space would become connected to her own health journey.
As we celebrate ONE YEAR of Pure Sweat + Float South Jordan, we’re taking you back to where it all began.

So… what REALLY happens in an Infrared Sauna? 🔥
It’s more than simply warming up.
During an infrared sauna session, infrared wavelengths, gently warm the body, encouraging increased to circulation and blood flow. That increased circulation, supports the bodies, natural process for recovery, relaxation and detoxification.
Add in chromotherapy, calming music, and 45 uninterrupted minutes to yourself and you’ve created a space where your body can reset while you simply slow down.
