Lately, I’ve been living in my head.

I’ve found myself questioning myself more than usual, wondering if I’m still showing up as the same version of me, if I’m connecting with my clients the way I used to, or if I’m doing enough.

I think a lot of it has come from figuring out who I am again postpartum. Motherhood has changed me in so many beautiful ways, but it’s also taken some getting used to finding me again outside of being a mom.

There have been days lately where I leave work and replay everything in my head, something I said, something I did, wondering if I could have been better, instead of recognizing that I’m still doing something I genuinely love.

I’m trying to give myself a little more grace. To remember that I don’t have to be exactly who I was before to still be good at what I do.

To the women who continue to trust me with their skin, their time, and a little piece of their day, thank you. You mean more to me than you probably realize. 💕
