New here? The first visit at Cilantro is a consultation and a service together, so nothing surprises you. Book online for the service you are considering. Add a note in the booking about anything on your mind. Arrive ten minutes early for the consultation. Leave with a plan for the next visit, not just this one. The first visit is where the trust starts.

The at-home routine is half the finish. What we do in the salon is only as good as what happens between visits. Four small habits that hold your color: cool water on the final rinse, always; a sulfate-free shampoo, gentle every wash; a weekly mask, not a daily one; heat protection on every hot tool, no exceptions. Small habits, big difference. Ask your stylist which two are worth starting.
