Exorcise is important!

Hello everyone! I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself. My name is Valerie, but you can call me Val. 🤗

As some of you may know, LMTs aren’t necessarily known for being the most social butterflies in the room. 🤷🏻‍♀️ When you’re on the table, I follow your lead when it comes to conversation.

Sometimes that looks like a bit of small talk before drifting off to sleep—or maybe even another planet. Other times, our sessions are filled with a sense of stillness and peace. And sometimes, they’re filled with connection over common interests and a few giggles along the way.

However you want to show up for your session, I’ll follow your lead. There’s no pressure for every session to look the same. Each day, we may need a little something different—and that’s okay. 🫶

If you feel like talking, but aren’t sure where to start, here are a handful of my interests. What do we have in common?

Honorable mentions: I have become a little bookworm this year, and tbh I love my Nintendo switch. 🙈

🍃C*D Spotlight🍃

At Deep Rooted Healing, we offer an unscented C*D massage oil infused with Arnica and Calendula. We intentionally choose unscented products because we know firsthand how frustrating sensitive skin can be, especially when so many products contain artificial fragrances. C*D is a wonderful addition to your massage, offering a soothing application along with supportive properties for relaxation, inflammation, emotional well-being, and restorative sleep.

If you’re looking for a sign, this is it…

✨Body & Soul Service✨

In the spring I reimagined a pre-existing service to go deeper into the energetic work I love to bring forward in my sessions. The Body & Soul sessions have been resonating with a handful of you in a beautiful way. I am just now officially “announcing” this service online, but some of you have found it with no invitation.

I love offering the Body & Soul sessions, because we get to dive deeper. We have the time and space to connect with your physical and energetic body. Oracle card pulls, mindful conversation, intentional body work, and essential oil blends all wrapped into one session. This is different than traditional massage, this is energetic work with therapeutic touch added as a support.

If this resonates with you, I look forward to working with you soon. Thank you 🙏✨
