Until you go through motherhood, it's difficult to understand what a women's body goes through both physically and emotionally after having children. Whether you just had a baby or had kids years ago, with busy schedules, getting to the gym seems impossible, never mind being sleep deprived, eating your kid's puffs for your lunch, and trainers that don't understand all of this. We all love our kids and its a true blessing to be able to experience motherhood, but many of us also get to a point in time where we want to make change and get our pre-baby body back and feel sexy again! And you DESERVE THAT! So....we created Team Fit Mom. Team Fit Mom is a full fitness program geared towards Moms. Toss the bottles aside and make room for some barbells. We understand the demands on Moms and we create all client plans to work for your lifestyle, so that it works for you and you can stick to it! We're ready when you are! Just connect with us & share your goals and let's put a game-plan together for you! We are changing lives across the country and we want you on our team!
