She’ll come back in four weeks, and we’ll continue working toward her actual goal of a beautiful, lived-in balayage.
This is why education is SO important.
Stylists, there is absolutely nothing wrong with saying no. If you don’t know how to perform a service or you aren’t comfortable with it, say that! Protecting the integrity of someone’s hair will always matter more than pretending you know.
No stylist sets out to do bad hair, and we will always defend stylists, even when we are the ones fixing something.
